ATTACHING BROLLY:
Insert the tip of the handle into the officer's fist while holding the brolly on his right side, (your left). After inserting the tip of the handle in the officer's fist, gently rotate the brolly around to the opposite side while gently and slowly raising it over his left arm. At this point, the tip of the handle should be in the space under his thumb. Now lift the brolly until it is upright. The tip of the handle will emerge from under his thumb as you do so. If you feel resistance while trying to raise the brolly, then the tip of the handle is not yet positioned under the thumb and you need to rotate it a little farther before lifting. Once the brolly is upright rotate it back, (clockwise), causing the curved part of the handle to pass in front of his hand. When the handle is positioned next to the back of his hand, let the brolly settle and rest in his fist. The brolly should be loose enough to easily adjust it's position to suit you. Remember to reverse the procedure if you need to dismantle the figure. Also keep in mind that the saddle is not permanently attached to the camel and you should do all of this either while holding the camel or, better still, holding it firmly on a flat surface.
TADA!
